Where and when does the Hviezdne noci festival take place?
Festival Hviezdne noci takes place in Žilina, 13th and 14th June
The festival is based in the premises of Stanica-Záriečie and the New Synagogue, where most of the programme takes place.

Can I buy tickets for individual concerts?
Yes, on our tootoot page there is an option to purchase tickets for individual concert blocks. The same option will also be available at the box office during the festival. The possibility of accreditation will be at the Station-Záriečie and at the New Synagogue.
Tickets for Abfall will be available for purchase right outside the garages.
How do I get to the festival?
From the railway station, you can reach the festival center - Stanice-Záriečie (Hálkova stop) by public transport using line 6.
The main venue, the New Synagogue is within walking distance of the train station. Just walk across Narodná Street, Hlinka Square and then J.M.Hurbana Street.
How do I get to the Abfall Friday night club night?
Na Abfall vypravíme festivalovú kyvadlovku spred Novej Synagógy (zástavka MHD Hurbanova – oproti Synagóge) v časoch, ktoré čoskoro upresníme.
Z Abfallu sa naspäť do centra mesta dostanete dvoma spojmi v časoch 02:30 a 04:00. Autobus zastaví v dvoch zástavkách (Stanica-Záriečie a Nová Synagóga)
What are the accommodation options during the festival?
We provide an unguarded tent city with toilets and showers on the festival grounds. Admission (€5 per person) can be purchased on our website or directly at the ticket office upon arrival.In addition to the tent city, we recommend accommodation at the Boss, Dubná skala, Kamélia, or Slovakia hotel. You can also find apartments on Airbnb. Don't hesitate to book your accommodation, as the European Under-21 Championship football matches are taking place in Žilina during the Starry Nights, and several hotels are reporting that they are fully booked.
What if I want to stay in a tent city the day before, is that possible?
Yes, we are opening the tent city on Thursday 12.6. at 18:00.
Is there an age limit at the festival?
No, it is not, children under 15 years of age can enter the festival for free.
Will there be a food zone at the festival?
During the festival, NhaBe Bistro will serve refreshments on the terrace of the New Synagogue. No need to run off between concerts! Lunch and dinner will be right at your fingertips.
As there are a number of very good restaurants and businesses close to the festival, we recommend trying the local selection.
