Do you want to be part of the Hviezdne noci Festival in \u017dilina ? Join the volunteer team and experience a lot of fun, try out different kinds of work, meet new people, experience great performances from Slovak and foreign performers.\u00a0<\/p>

What can volunteers expect from Hviezdne noci festival?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  • Each volunteer becomes a full member of our team, we will try to provide the best atmosphere by working together.<\/li>\n \t
  • The volunteer works a maximum of 6 hours per day according to the assigned function on a specific day. Pokia\u013e je to mo\u017en\u00e9, zmeny i jednotliv\u00e9 funkcie s\u00fa pl\u00e1novan\u00e9 po dohode s dobrovo\u013en\u00edkmi.<\/li>\n \t
  • If you come to the festival with a group of friends or as a couple, we will try to make sure you have a good time together.<\/li>\n \t
  • Most shifts range from 2 to 6 hours.<\/li>\n \t
  • Each volunteer will be trained. There is a friendly atmosphere throughout the team, so don't be afraid to ask questions or come up with your own suggestions.<\/li>\n \t
  • Registration is via an online form, which is binding!<\/strong><\/li>\n \t
  • After the registration form is closed, each of the registrants will receive an information email with notification and further information.<\/li>\n \t
  • In case of full capacity, it will not be possible to accept all applicants.<\/li>\n \t
  • You only become a volunteer after receiving a completed contract, which will be sent to you in an email, which is also binding!<\/strong><\/li>\n \t
  • Volunteers will start the day before the festival, on Thursday 12.6.2025<\/strong>.<\/li>\n \t
  • On Thursday June 12, 2025<\/strong> there will also be a training session and the first team meeting. You can also help with the preparatory work. Helping out before the festival is not compulsory, attending the training is.<\/li>\n \t
  • The work of the volunteer ends on the day of the festival. Of course, there is no limit to initiative, help is always welcome.<\/li>\n \t
  • Each volunteer will receive a volunteer contract. If necessary, we will also confirm your school experience.<\/li>\n \t
  • We will provide you with a drink and lunch so that you are neither hungry nor thirsty.<\/li>\n \t
  • Accommodation is provided from 12.6.2025 - 15.6.2025<\/strong><\/li>\n \t
  • Everyone gets a ticket for the whole festival.<\/li>\n \t
  • As a volunteer, you will be given a clear work schedule to start your shifts and a contact list for all the people you need.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • Volunteer must be 16 years of age<\/strong> by the volunteer start date of June 13, 2025.<\/li>\n \t
    • Active participation, pleasant demeanor, organizational assistance and teamwork.<\/li>\n \t
    • The volunteer must be punctual and responsible.<\/li>\n \t
    • As a member of the team, you should represent the festival with your performance.<\/li>\n \t
    • By submitting the form, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and your behaviour will be in accordance with the points listed.<\/li>\n \t
    • You must not be under the influence of alcohol or other drugs during your shift.<\/strong><\/li>\n \t
    • You agree to be available throughout the festival, to approach your work conscientiously and to respect the requirements and regulations of the Volunteer Coordinator.<\/li>\n \t
